The Hall is located on the Oceanfront in downtown Sitka. The 18,000 sq. ft. Civic, Convention, and Visitor Center is used to host events like conventions, symposiums, conferences, seminars, tradeshows, exhibits and meetings. This commercial venture has an on-site kitchen for independent caterers. The facility has a breathtaking view of nearby mountains and apart from free parking is conveniently close to downtown. It is also the venue for Sitka Summer Music Festival and the New Archangel Dancers. The building housing the Visitor's Information Center has a museum offering a continuously changing display of Alaskan arts, crafts, and artifacts. It also has a beautiful auditorium and prominently at its foreground stands an authentic Indian canoe.
