Kaibab National Forest

At 1.6 million acres (6,500 km sq) the Kaibab National Forest borders both the north and south rims of the Grand Canyon, in north-central Arizona. It is divided into three ranger districts, each located in distinct areas and offering diverse opportunities and experiences. The North Kaibab Ranger District, along with the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, encompasses the beautiful high country of the Kaibab Plateau.
