Long Branch Lake Beach

On the shore line of the Long Branch Lake, the beach is an ideal recreation spot for water lovers as well as nature lovers. The visitors can take advantage of all the recreation options the lake has to offer, or hike through a restored prairie.

A sand beach near the Long Branch Lake having a volleyball net, provides swimmers access to the lake. It is open from sunrise to sunset all the year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty so swimming is done at owns risk. It also has a changehouse facility, for your convenience.

Long Branch Lake is one of the most excellent place for bass fishing. It provides 24 miles of shoreline, for catching catfish, walleye and crappie as well. The beach also provides a partially covered accessible fishing dock. There are three boat launches located at different places on the Long Branch Lake. All of these are paved.

Along the shore of the beach, you can find the Long Branch Satte Park. The park area is best suited for camping and other outdoor activities specifically for organized nonprofit youth groups. The park has scattered picnic sites, under trees and along the lake. These offer a quiet spot for lunch and a scenic view. It features eighty two campsites, ranging from basic to electric, near the beach. The campground facilities include modern restrooms with hot showers.
